Hay que aprender a soltar todo lo que te este anclando y no te deja avanzar. Se que no es fácil, pero tampoco imposible. Cuando logras despojar malos hábitos, creces. Entre mas practiques esta actividad, mas fácil se te dará. Solo tienes que callar las voces externas y escucharte a ti mismo con profundidad. No te engañes, dentro de ti esta la verdad.
